- Scope
- Dedicated writer and social media manager for this brand, assigned within a multi-brand team — AVPs, scripts, campaigns, comms planning, content strategy, monthly content planning, copywriting
This Facebook page started from zero in early 2024. By May, it began gaining real traction, and over the course of a year it grew into a platform that reached millions of the right audience and sparked steady engagement.
The approach
Our team handled multiple brands during this period, and I was assigned as the dedicated writer and social media manager for this one. So the work went well beyond social captions: I wrote AVPs, video scripts, and campaign copy, and took part in shaping the brand's overall communications plan from the ground up. On the Facebook side specifically, I led:
- Content strategy for a page launching from zero
- Monthly content planning
- Copywriting across captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
Because the same person was writing the brand's bigger communications pieces and its day-to-day social content, the messaging stayed consistent across every touchpoint, from internal AVPs and campaign scripts to the captions showing up in someone's feed.
The results
Over the engagement period, the page's Facebook Page Insights show:
| Metric | Total | Change |
|---|---|---|
| Reach | 4,576,070 | ↑ from a zero baseline |
| 3-second views | 587.9K | ↑ from a zero baseline |
| Content interactions | 37,141 | ↑ from a zero baseline |
| Followers | 20,159 | ↑ from a zero baseline |
| Watch time | 87d 13h | ↑ from a zero baseline |
What this project reinforced
A real estate brand can build genuine organic reach from a standing start when the content strategy and the brand's voice are aligned from day one. Being the one person assigned to both the bigger comms pieces (AVPs, campaigns, the comms plan) and the day-to-day social side meant nothing got diluted in translation between the two, and that consistency is a big part of why the page's growth held rather than spiking and fading.
